Due to technical problems on the MTN Mobile Money platform in Rwanda we are currently unable to process transactions to Mobile Money accounts in Rwanda. Restoring the connection to Rwanda is our highest priority and we expect to be able to process transactions again, before Friday the 29th of November. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Important: Change of Banking Details Notice
We will be changing our banking details during September 2026 as part of our transition to a new banking partner.
New banking details will be available on the Forex Secure platform from 16 September 2026. Existing banking details will remain active until 30 September 2026, with the new banking details becoming effective from 1 October 2026.
